Terms of service

Last updated October 14, 2026

By creating a Kitchen Handback account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a church, hall or other organization, you agree on its behalf.

The service

Kitchen Handback is a tool for recording who used a kitchen, the checklist they completed, and any damage or missing equipment. Compliance flags for agreements and insurance are worked out from the dates you enter: you remain responsible for your facility-use policy, your insurance, food safety in your kitchen, and any charges you make to groups. We aren't responsible for property loss, injuries, or disputes between you and the groups that use your kitchen.

Your data

Your organization's records belong to you. You can export them on a paid plan, or ask us for a copy at any time. See the privacy policy for what we store.

Availability

We work to keep Kitchen Handback running but can't promise it will never be down. The service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will email account owners about material changes. You can stop using Kitchen Handback at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
